FIGHT & FEAST TOURNAMENT PREP

Have you ever competed in one of our In House Tournaments? We want to get you prepared!

Come and join us on FRIDAY OCTOBER 4th from 5:00-7:00PM to get ready to compete and see how our tournaments work!

We will show you:

• FORMS - how to introduce yourself to the panel and announce the form you will be showing our judges

• SUMO - ALL DRAGONS, WHITE BELTS, AND YELLOW BELTS will be shown how a Sumo match works and how to win!

• SPARRING - ALL GREEN BELTS AND ABOVE will be shown how to score points in a sparring match and win!

• SELF DEFENSE - Students will be advised on how to perform a “skit” showing different self defense techniques
